One-year-old fighting for his life after being run over during domestic dispute

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WREG) — One-year-old King Benner is in extremely critical condition and his parents behind bars following an overnight domestic dispute at Autumnwood Apartments on Kirby Parway.

Police said Yacobian Benner punched his girlfriend Tamara Roscoe several times in the face and dragged her by the hair. When the mother was putting the one-year-old in the car, Benner fired a gunshot in the air only six feet away from the child. Benner also hit another woman in the face with a traffic cone when she tried to break up the fight between him and his girlfriend.
