Firefighters called in to free man's penis after it gets stuck in weight at the gym

Firefighters were called to a gym on Friday to help free a man who got his penis stuck in a gym weight.

The man reportedly got his body part wedged into the hole of a 5.5-pound dumbbell disc while working out in Worms, Germany.

Fortunately, with the help of a hydraulic saw and grinder, first responders were able to break the weight into pieces and free the man.

The Feuerwehr Worms Fire Department released a photo showing pieces of the broken dumbbell disc after the 3-hour ordeal.

And one message is clear in their Facebook post: "Bitte solche Aktionen nicht nachmachen!" -- which is German for "Please do not imitate such actions!"
