Much of the country's attention this week was focused on the citizens of Florida as they weathered and recuperated from the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma. Much of the damage was seen in the picturesque Florida Keys, while other cities and towns remained flooded. 

President Trump this week helped a young boy's dream come true when he allowed 11-year-old Frank Giaccio to mow the White House's lawn. The president and first lady also hosted a moment of silence on the 16th anniversary of the September 11 attacks on New York, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.
