President Donald Trump addressed local, state and federal law enforcement officials on Long Island, N.Y. on Friday, discussing his administrations plans to defeat the MS-13 gang.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions visited El Salvador this week to meet with officials to address issues surrounding the violent street gang. Sessions met with the attorneys general of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador on Friday.
