It was another busy week on Capitol Hill. The GOP's latest health care bill was introduced, debated and voted on -- but Republicans could not obtain the votes needed in order to repeal and replace Obamacare.
Senator John McCain, who recently revealed his brain cancer diagnosis, was one of the deciding votes after he returned to Washington, D.C., from a hospital stay.
In the White House, Anthony Scaramucci was introduced as communications director, a move that prompted Press Secretary Sean Spicer to resign.
