GOP congressman: Trump should remove Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner form White House

One Texas Republican Congressman thinks it's in President Trump's best interest to keep his kids out of the White House.

Representative Bill Flores spoke to KBTX in East TexasThursday morning and said, "I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I would say that I think it would be in the president's best interest if he removed all of his children from the White House."

Melania and Ivanka Trump stun in Poland:

He went on to say that he's not just talking about Donald Jr, but his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner as well.

Now, Donald Trump Jr doesn't actually have a formal role in the White House, while Ivanka and Jared both are special advisers to Trump.

Don Jr. recently came under fire for a meeting he had with a Russian lawyer who promised damaging information about Hillary Clinton.

The meeting happened in June of 2016 and the Jared Kushner as well as former campaign chairman Paul Manafort were in attendance.

Flores says he has issues with the meeting and said it should not have taken place but thinks Don Jr was looking out for his father's best interest.
