As the month ended this week, we saw Pride events celebrating LGBTQ people around the world wrap up. On the last day of June, which is Pride month, German lawmakers voted to legalize same-sex marriage across the country.
President Trump welcomed South Korean President Moon Jae-in to the White House on Friday, after a busy political week which included protests against the Republicans' new health care bill.
A bright, funny event from the week was the World's Ugliest Dog competition in California.
