Report: Trump 'yelling at television' over Russia investigation

In the wake of the growing scope of the Russia-related investigation, President Trump is reportedly getting increasingly frustrated.

According to the Associated Press, the president has been growing furious as information leaks on the investigations into Russia's attempts to influence the 2016 election.

Trump advisers told the AP he has started, "yelling at television sets in the White House carrying coverage and insisting he is the target of a conspiracy to discredit — and potentially end — his presidency."

The AP report follows the Washington Post's report on Wednesday which noted, citing officials, that special counsel has expanded the Russia investigation to include possible obstruction of justice by the president.

Trump publicly reacted to the report with a series of tweets on Thursday:

"They made up a phony collusion with the Russians story, found zero proof, so now they go for obstruction of justice on the phony story. Nice."

"You are witnessing the single greatest WITCH HUNT in American political history – led by some very bad and conflicted people! #MAGA"

"Crooked H destroyed phones w/ hammer, 'bleached' emails, & had husband meet w/AG days before she was cleared- & they talk about obstruction?"

Then on Friday, Trump posted another tweet, acknowledging he is under investigation; the tweet read, "I am being investigated for firing the FBI Director by the man who told me to fire the FBI Director! Witch Hunt."
