Trump's strange interaction with a binder sets the internet ablaze
During a speech about infrastructure at the Department of Transportation on Friday, Donald Trump had a strange interaction with a binder that is quickly going viral.
In his address, the president promised to speed approvals for aging highways and other projects as part of a $1 trillion boost to repair U.S. infrastructure.
He flipped through a large stack of papers in a binder that he said was an environmental report -- and made some odd faces in the process.
