UK police say London Bridge, Borough Market incidents are terror-related

LONDON (Reuters) - British police said incidents at London Bridge and the nearby Borough Market area on Saturday had been declared as terrorist incidents, but a separate stabbing in the Vauxhall area was unrelated.
