WATCH: Sean Spicer holds daily briefing amid White House staffing shake-up

Press secretary Sean Spicer is set to address members of the media on Tuesday afternoon, just hours after White House Communications Director Mike Dubke confirmed reports he was resigning.

Reports emerged earlier this month that President Donald Trump was looking to shake up his staff following a whirlwind of negative press following his firing of former FBI director James Comey.

The critical coverage reportedly fueled Trump's frustrations with both Spicer and Dubke, as well as other members of his inner circle.

Spicer is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. EST. This is the first press briefing since Trump's return from his first foreign trip.
