Huma Abedin reportedly filed for divorce from disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner on Friday afternoon.
According to the New York Post, the former senior aide to Hillary Clinton brought an anonymous versus anonymous action in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Earlier on Friday, Weiner pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of sending obscene messages to a minor.

The 52-year-old has been caught in a number of sex scandals over the past few years. The latest offense was discovered during the 2016 election, and federal agents seized Weiner's laptop, discovering email exchanges with his wife.
The recovered emails contributed to then-FBI Director Jame Comey's reviewing of the messages and considering whether to reopen the bureau's investigation into Clinton's handling of emails and use of her private server.
