Between the NBA playoffs, baseball season, Formula One Grand Prix and soccer around the world, there was plenty to pay attention to this week in the sports world.

The NHL postseason is also still in full swing, but it was NBA star Isaiah Thomas of the Boston Celtics who suffered the most hockey-like injury this week when he was hit in the mouth and lost a tooth.
