White House press secretary Sean Spicer is set to address the press corps on Monday after President Trump hurdled over his 100th day in office mark.

The president met with over one hundred community bankers who head the Independent Community Bankers of America on Monday, assuring the group that his administration is working on the "out of control" Dodd-Frank regulations, saying, "We're working on that now and you'll see a very big difference."
