Bloody message written on the wall where Aaron Hernandez's body was found

Bloody new details about the Aaron Hernandez's prison death have emerged.

According to WCBV-TV, the former football player and convicted murderer used his own blood to scrawl "odd symbols" on a prison wall before committing suicide.

The station reports that the drawings were part of an unfinished pyramid and an all-seeing eye of God, similar to what is found on the back of a U.S. dollar.

The word "Illuminati" was written under the unfinished pyramid. In popular culture, the illuminati is thought to be a society of hidden elites that secretly influence the world.

WCBV-TV previously reported that Hernandez wrote "John 3:16" on his forehead in red marker before he died.

Hernandez reportedly killed himself in his cell on April 19 after he was acquitted of a double murder. He was serving a life sentence for killing Odin Lloyd in 2013.

No suicide note was found on the scene and the circumstances surrounding his death remain a mystery.
