It's so strange watching and listening to President Obama right now. It feels like ages ago that this sense of calm I feel was mundane.
So refreshing to hear former President Obama speak in Chicago. Deep thoughts, complete sentences!
Love me some president Obama, amazing cohesive sentences, no repeating the same word.

Many were nostalgic about his jokes and his manner of speaking, especially since it took three full months for the former president to make his first public speech.

Ahead of the appearance, he spent Sunday meeting with at-risk young men and boys in his "adopted" hometown.
