President Trump and first lady Melania Trump will host their first Easter Egg Roll event at the White House on Monday, as they welcome children and families from throughout the Washington area.
The Easter Egg Roll is an annual presidential tradition dating back to 1878, making it one of the oldest events in White House history.
The Trumps announced the date for the 139th Easter Egg Roll back in March, saying they were honored to "continue the traditions of the past while weaving new traditions into the fabric of our Nation's history."
This event is scheduled to being at 10:30 a.m. EDT.
