A Phoenix, Arizona man has been arrested for supposedly stealing a woman's purse, Associated Press reports.

38-year-old David Harlow allegedly took her purse. He then attempted to use her credit card at a casino and tried to withdraw money.

"I feel like I took the appropriate cautions with this," the woman told Arizona news outlet ABC15. "Meeting him in public at a busy venue during the day."

Unfortunately, that was not the case. Harlow was arrested for felony theft, theft of a credit card and assuming the identity of another person.
