3 college students arrested after prostitution sting in Florida
Three college students face numerous prostitution charges, CBS Miami reports.
Samara Charlotin, 19, Acacia Friedman, 23, and Maury Noun, 21, were arrested after an undercover sting in Coral Gables, Florida, on Wednesday.
According to the arrest report, an undercover officer made a deal with Noun to have sex with Friedman and Charlotin in exchange for $5,000 for each.
The two women met the officer at a hotel, where they were arrested.
Friedman and Noun are both students at the University of Miami, and Charlotin is a student at Florida International University.
Charlotin told a judge that she is minoring in criminal justice at FIU.
"You're a smart girl, if you want to live to see age 20, you need to find a new line of employment," the judge said. "A very risky thing you were doing, for somebody with a lot of potential such as yourself."
