The press secretary is set to address the press corps on Wednesday, after getting into a heated exchange with correspondent April Ryan on Tuesday.

Controversy ensued on Tuesday Ryan posed a question to Spicer around a White House perception problem, Spicer suggested Ryan was pushing an "agenda" and told her to "stop shaking [her] head." Ryan spoke out on the exchange, saying she was "roadkill."

Spicer is also expected to field questions around the impacts of Trump's budget proposal, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes' saying he will "never" divulge his secret sources to his committee.
