President Trump ally and Brexit leader meets with Wikileaks Founder Julian Assange in London

A Brexit leader and staunch supporter of President Trump, Nigel Farage reportedly met with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange on Thursday.

Buzzfeed reported that Farage paid Assange a visit at the Ecuadorian embassy in west London. Farage is an ally of President Trump and it was Assange's site that published emails from the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Assange has been holed up at the embassy since 2012 in order to claim asylum because he is a wanted man in Sweden.

Farage spent roughly 40 minutes inside the building, and what the two men may have talked about is anybody's guess. It seems just being in the same room will have people asking questions.

Assange was viewed as a Trump fan during the 2016 election after Wikileaks published thousands of emails from his rival Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's chairman and the Democratic National Committee.
