Brothers arrested after reportedly assaulting people and making out with each other

Two men who were reportedly running around a parking lot naked and high on mushrooms were arrested on Sunday.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police said they took 24-year-old Noah Batz and 21-year-old Timothy Batz into custody in front of Lighthouse Landing Apartments, WRTV reports.

According to court documents, they were fighting each other, and they broke two vehicles in the process.

A witness told the officers that when she walked out of her apartment, she heard screaming and saw the brothers on the sidewalk "completely naked" and on top of each other.

"We knew it was something beyond just being drunk or high [...] it was something heavy duty. Not a good batch of whatever he got," Aimee Payton told WRTV.

"[Noah Batz] was extremely aggressive and then to hear later he punched somebody, it wasn't surprising with how agitated he was, and he continued to get more and more agitated."

Another witness says she saw them kissing each other.

Noah allegedly assaulted one woman and threatened another. He told officers he took mushrooms and his brother smoked marijuana and took mushrooms, WRTV reports.

Police reportedly had to use a stun gun on Noah after he approached the officers while shouting and swinging his fist.

According to WRTV, their apartment was found with an open door, clothes and broken glass all over the place and blood on the walls.

Both Batz brothers face charges including resisting law enforcement, activity related to obscene performance, public nudity, battery and drug possession.
