Creepy clowns lurking in woods carrying weapons leave unsuspecting children terrified

Sorry everyone, but it looks like the creepy clowns are back.

Two men dressed as clowns and wielding weapons scared a group of kids in Pennsylvania over the weekend, KDKA-TV reports.

Police say the children were playing hide-and-seek in the woods in West Mifflin around 4:00 p.m. when the clowns came out of no where and frightened them.

"My kid came running in the house screaming that there were two guys chasing him," Michael Milkowski, the father of one of the children, told the station.

A child said one of the men was carrying a shotgun, and another was carrying a pipe.

"They were chasing us," said 8-year-old Dylan Milkowski.

West Mifflin and Pittsburgh police searched the woods for the men after Michael Milkowski called 911, but they did not find anyone.

Since then police have increased patrols in the area just in case the clowns show up again.
