Alligator steals huge fish from little boy's line

A video posted to the Bass Masters And Fish Experts Facebook Page shows a little boy named Connor learning that the hard way.

As he was about to capture the fish, a thieving alligator swooped in to nab a bite to eat.

A man in the background encouraged the boy to reel in his catch while he distracted the gator lurking nearby, but he couldn't distract the beast from its desire for an easy lunch.

One of the men present instructed the boy to cut his line before the gator swam away with it.

It's unclear where exactly the video took place, but commenters suggest (perhaps with good reason) that they were in Florida.
