Man sues Uber for $45 million dollars for allegedly causing his divorce

One man is definitely deleting his Uber, but it's not for the same reason a ton of other people are.

The man has filed a 45 million dollar lawsuit blaming Uber for his divorce.

According to French newspaper, Le Figaro, the businessman borrowed his wife's iPhone, logged into his account and hailed an Uber.

He subsequently logged out and gave his wife her phone back.

Unfortunately, because of a programming glitch, his wife continued to get notifications about his Uber rides around town which led her to accuse him of cheating and file for divorce.

Uber doesn't have a lot to say other than quote: "Uber doesn't publicly comment on individual cases and especially those which concern things such as a divorce procedure."

What the article doesn't tell us is whether the man was actually cheating.
