House Democrats are in Baltimore for their annual retreat. The event will include a post-election autopsy after their stunning losses at the ballot boxes in 2016.
Even though President Obama will not be in attendance, some other well known liberals will be there. NBA star Kareem Abdul Jabbar is expected to attend, along with comedian Chelsea Handler.
