Manhunt crosses 2 states for couple accused of killing 3 women

A pair of suspected killers are on the run.

Police in two states have been looking for them for more than a week.

Billy Boyette and Mary Rice are accused of killing two women in the Florida panhandle.

They are also suspected for the murder of a woman in Alabama.

A fourth woman was shot near Pensacola when police say Rice and Boyette stole her car. She is now recovering in the hospital.

Florida police have doubled the number of deputies on patrol.

A chief deputy in Florida warned, "We have a killer. He is in our midst."
