Woman's obituary jokes she died to get away from Trump's presidency

The family of an Illinois woman paid homage to her sense of humor in a humorous obituary, which blamed President Trump for the death of the grandmother.

It was the new commander in chief that caused Robin Porch's death, according to the obit, which ran in Tuesday's edition of the Belleville News-Democrat.

"With Trump as president, Canada wasn't far enough, so she moved to Heaven," the obit, which was written by her daughters Ashli Sparks and Sara Field, said.

The daughters told CBS that the family was split on its approval of the 45th president of the U.S., but there was no denying Porch's disgust.
