31 pounds of cocaine found in nose of American Airlines plane

One cocaine dealer isn't happy after their stash was discovered on a plane during a maintenance check.

31 pounds of cocaine was found in the nose of an American Airlines flight coming from Bogota, Columbia.

Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said the flight landed in Miami, but was sent to Oklahoma for a maintenance check because Miami was too busy.

Seven bricks of the drug were found in total, coming in at a street value of over $430,000.

An investigation is underway by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

American Airlines has yet to comment.
