Adorable police puppy in training pounces on officer's leg

An adorable police puppy demonstrated he already has some of the skills needed for the job in a video shot by a police force in northern England.

11-week-old Draco hasn't even begun his training at Greater Manchester Police yet and lives with his handler PC Mark Kay.

However, he still has the instinct a police dog requires as the video of him trying to bite an officer's leg shows.

The puppy will start his official police training at 14 to 18 months old, the police force said.

"Draco is full of energy, always wants to play and picks things up really quickly. However, he has also given PC Kay many a sleepless night as he settles in at his new home," head of the Dog Unit, Tariq Butt, said.
