Donald Trump's Twitter audience has gone up since becoming president

Being President is good for Donald Trump on social media. Since his inauguration, the number of followers of President Trump's three Twitter accounts have gone up.

His personal account, @realDonaldTrump added 2 million followers since he took the oath of office. That account now has a total of 22.4 million followers.

The @POTUS account jumped around 700,000 followers, and the @WhiteHouse page has seen a net gain of 50,000 followers. Now, for those last two accounts the President inherited all the followers from Barack Obama's time in office.

In total, on all three accounts, Donald Trump has a twitter audience of about 50 million.
