Baby sea lion shocks crew as it flops on a boat
Officials in Newport Beach, California, say a young sea lion was so excited to be rescued from fishing gear that it jumped onto a Coast Guard boat.
According to the Associated Press, the Coast guard said the crew on patrol pulled the huge beast free Saturday.

After a bit of coaxing, the sea lion jumped on the boat and posed for photos.
The animal was handed off to a crew from the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, which will be rehabilitating and releasing him at a rescue facility.
