Millionaire accused in grisly sex assault is apparently living the good life after telling judge he needed surgery

A millionaire real estate developer charged with sexually assaulting his 12-year-old stepdaughter is apparently living the good life after convincing a judge he needed emergency surgery, Inside Edition has learned.

Louis Bianculli, who denies allegations that he abused the underage girl for years, was seen using a cane in court in October. He was released on bond after convincing the judge that he needed emergency knee surgery due to an injury that made it hard for him to walk, sit or drive.

But Inside Edition's Chief Investigative Correspondent Lisa Guerrero joined a private investigator, Robert Crispin, who was hired by the alleged victim's family, and found Bianculli standing up and fishing outside his mansion — without a cane.

Crispin called the injury a "scam."

Tune into Inside Edition Thursday to see what happened when Guerrero approached Bianculli and asked him if he exaggerated his knee injury.

Bianculli's lawyer said he was undertaking the activities as part of his rehabilitation.

Inside Edition also spoke to a woman who claims Bianculli drugged and assaulted her when she was just 10 years old. No charges were brought in that case.
