Plumbers find fetus while investigating clogged pipe

Plumbers made a disturbing find Tuesday when they investigated a clogged pipe in a Brooklyn home.

Officials told WPIX that residents noticed something wrong with their plumbing and called for help.

Maintenance workers came to the multi-family house at about 2 p.m. and discovered a fetus inside the clogged sewer line.

According to the New York Post, authorities are questioning a woman who lives in the home and may have been pregnant in October.

Police told New York Daily News that officers and the city's medical examiner's office are still investigating.
