The Jet Airways flight 9W 2374 was carrying 154 passengers and 7 crew members onboard when it aborted take off and skidded on the runway at Dabolim airport. All the passengers were evacuated safely but 15 passengers suffered "minor" injuries.

A technical glitch while aligning for takeoff caused the incident, Jet Airways said. The airport was closed until 12.30PM local time.
