Tyler Henry claims in new book that 'dying doesn't mean having to say goodbye'
Tyler Henry wants you to believe that "dying doesn't mean having to say goodbye."
In his new book, "Between Two Worlds: Lessons from the Other Side," the self-professed clairvoyant to the stars details his journey from discovering his ability to communicate with the departed at age ten, to landing his very own E! reality show, "Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry."
Henry explains in his book that prior to talking to dead people full-time, he was pursing a career in the health industry, and wanted to becoming a hospice nurse someday.
These days, however, the 20-year-old spends his time relaying messages from the other side to celebrities like Khloe Kardashian, Amber Rose, Margaret Cho, Jaime Pressly, and Monica Potter.
Back in March, Henry conducted a reading with former NFL player Michael Sam in which the young clairvoyant provided Sam with hope that his brother, Julian, who went missing back in 1999, may still be alive.
"It is possible that he might still be alive," said Henry.
However, there are skeptics that point out we may simply have a 2016 Uri Geller situation on our hands.
The Outline has even asked Henry if he would be open to having his abilities scientifically tested. While he did say that "under the proper circumstances" he would "love to," he ultimately declined to participate.
Henry does have other paths to take to prove his abilities. There is a $100,000 prize put up by the Independent Investigations Group is someone can prove the existence of supernatural phenomena.
In the meantime, draw your own conclusions! Henry's book "Between Two Worlds: Lessons from the Other Side" was released on November 1.
