Video appears to show UFO leaving earth

A mysterious video of a UFO apparently landing on earth has gone viral.

According to the Daily Express, people say the footage shows a space ship being shot to earth in a "plasma beam."

Others say the video is fake and a scheme to make money.

Media outlets aren't sure who filmed the video, but the first appearance seems to have been on a Spanish Facebook page called El despertar a un nuevo mundo, which roughly translates to "waking up to a new world."

The page alleges that the video was taken in Arizona in Nov. 2016:

Scott Brando, who runs a website that debunks UFO hoaxes called UFO of Interest, told The Sun that the video is a fake.

"Yes, it is a fake CGI. There are previous sharings about the same video being fake," he said.

In contrast, Scott C Waring from UFO Sightings Daily told The Sun that the sighting took place on Dec. 1.

"Arizona is a famous hotspot for UFOs and Alien bases, so its nice to get this substantial evidence of their existence in that area," he wrote.

"This is an alien ship, shooting off through the clouds, leaving earth. It almost looks like a meteorite, but its not falling, its going up."

Alien enthusiasts claimed earlier this year that NASA is covering up a huge UFO conspiracy, which they say has been spotted repeatedly over five years.

According to The Sun, NASA said the sighting could be just a bit of space debris.
