Car dealership fires worker who allegedly denied service to Hillary Clinton supporter

A man in Montana has been fired in connection to a crude post that expressed animosity towards both Hillary Clinton and a customer of Missoula Nissan Hyundai, according to the dealership where he worked.

Kyle O'Brien announced via Facebook that he refused to work on a car because a Clinton bumper sticker was affixed to it.

O'Brien also shared a photo of himself raising a middle finger in front of the sticker, reports the Helena Independent Record.

Though the image and comment were shared in early September, Nick Griffin, the regional operations director, only recently became aware of the post.

On Tuesday, Griffin took to Facebook as well, reporting, "The employee was terminated."

He also noted, "We operate a safe, courteous and professional environment here in Missoula - and that is paramount to how we do business...Due to the sensitive nature of the topic we feel it is necessary to clarify he was not terminated based on his personal political views. It was due to the aggressive nature of the comments directed towards a valued customer."
