Trump brags about black supporters who appear to be white

At a rally Tuesday afternoon in Sanford, Florida, Donald Trump drew attention to a sign held by a supporter behind his podium.

"I love the signs behind me," Trump said, according to Steve Kosach, a reporter for Business Insider. "... blacks for Trump."

Kosach noted that the sign appears to be held by a white woman.

Parker Molloy, a writer for Upworthy, also noticed something suspicious about it.

Journalist Omar Ghabra echoed the sentiment with a picture.

A video shared by Brad Jaffy, a reporter for NBC Nightly News, gives a clearer view of the white hand holding the sign. You can also see a black man holding what appears to be the same sign beside her.

This is not the first time someone has pointed out that someone holding a "Blacks for Trump" sign was not black, as CNN reporter Chris Moody pointed out in a tweet.

He shared a photo of a white woman proudly displaying the sign for a camera at a Las Vegas rally last week.

CBS News noted that this also happened at a rally in Lakeland, Florida, on Oct. 12.
