WATCH LIVE: Trump, Clinton face the voters in second debate

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump are set to hear from voters during the second presidential debate on Sunday night.

The 90-minute event is hosted by Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. ET. Chief global affairs correspondent for ABC's "This Week" Martha Raddatz and CNN anchor Anderson Cooper will be Sunday night's moderators.

The second debate will be a town hall style format, meaning half the questions Clinton and Trump receive will come from voters in the audience. The remaining questions will be asked by Raddatz and Cooper. Both candidates will have 2 minutes to respond to each question and the moderators will have a following minute to ask any follow-up questions.

Following the first debate, Clinton was largely favored as the winner. However, polls still show a very tight race between the two rivals.
