PCP allegedly found in Terence Crutcher's car

According to a report by Fox News reporter Tiffany Alaniz, PCP was found in Terence Crutcher's car on Friday night.

The news comes after an attorney for Officer Betty Shelby, who fired the fatal shot that killed Crutcher, said that Shelby believed Crutcher was high on PCP in her interactions with Crutcher, after she had recently undergone a drug training course.

After Crutcher's car broke down, Shelby was the first officer on the scene. Shelby radioed for backup after saying that Crutcher "never makes any response to her" and that Crutcher was not responding to her commands and "had his head tilted down but eyes on and fixated on" Shelby.
