According to The Guardian, Steve Bannon, Donald Trump's new campaign CEO, is registered to vote in the swing state of Florida. The problem? Bannon reportedly lives in California.

The house, which is in the Coconut Grove section of Miami, was once occupied by his ex-wife, but she moved out earlier this year and the house is currently vacant. The couple divorced seven years ago.

This arrangement would be considered a breach of election laws, punishable by up to five years in prison.

Bannon was the head of right-wing news site Breitbart, which has been known to frequently make accusations of voter fraud in minority and Democratic-leaning areas.
