Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is scheduled to speak at 1 p.m. at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa on Wednesday.

The billionaire businessman is down in most recent polls to Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, but he continues to campaign and spend money on ads in the Sunshine State.

Trump is expected to make an appeal to minority voters during his speech. He currently only carries 8% of the African American vote and 22% of the Latino vote.

Immigration protesters are planning to hold a demonstration outside of the venue.
