Death Toll Rises to Seven in Louisiana Flooding

Officials are set to provide an update on the devastation that flooding has caused the state of Louisiana over the past week.

At least 7 people are dead and tens of thousands have been displaced in what is being called the worst flooding in the U.S. since Superstorm Sandy ravaged the east coast in 2012.
