The U.S. presidential election is now less than three months away. Clinton and Trump are still campaigning, and a man known as 'Steve from Virginia' spent his Wednesday attempting to scale Trump Tower in Manhattan so he could speak with the candidate.
Wildfires continued to rage in both California and Portugal, and Thursday night the sky was lit up around the world by the Perseid meteor shower.
We also met five rare white lion cubs born in Ukraine, and caught up with the first panda cub born in Shanghai as it turned one month old.
