After five years of employment, beer company New Belgium Brewing provides paid vacation to Belgium.

Employees with 10 years at the company are offered a 4 week sabbatical.

7. Hubspot

The marketing software company mandates employees to take two-weeks of paid vacation.

Twice per year, you can reduce your monthly sales quota to make vacation more relaxing.

In addition, the firm offers unlimited vacation with approval.

6. Google

Google is known for their great company benefits and their vacation package is no different.

New employees get 13 paid vacation days, and fifth-year employees get 25 days.

5. Cisco

The network equipment company offers 30 paid vacation days

On top of that, employees get 16 hours of floating holiday and 20 days of general paid time off.

This car retailer grants as many paid days off as employees need.

The company says this necessary is for the health and well-being of their employees and company culture.

2. Twitter

Twitter works on an honor system and does not track vacation hours.

Employees are trusted to work as much as they need to achieve results.

The company believes that technology has blurred the lines of what a true work day is.

1. Evernote

Employees at the mobile app company have no limits on the amount of vacation days they can take.

They are each given $1,000 spending money if the vacation is less than a week.
