Donald Trump on Monday cast some aspersions on the general election while stumping in Columbus, Ohio.

"I'm afraid the election is going to be rigged, I have to be honest," Trump told the crowd.

The GOP presidential nominee started the speech by holding up a picture he claimed was of a recent Hillary Clinton rally which he said had low attendance.

Trump said he was making that point because once again, he claimed, "thousands" of people were turned away by the fire marshal. Trump asked if the mayor of Columbus was a Democratic, insinuating people were turned away as a political ploy.

The billionaire businessman said he believed in what he was doing by undertaking politics. "I could be having a very nice life right now," he said. "I don't have to be with you people ranting and raving."

Trump also did an impression of Clinton, which was a slumped over, soft spoken person reading slowly from a teleprompter.
