Former Governor of Vermont Howard Dean took the stage on the second night of the Democratic National Convention, re-enacting his famous "scream" moment from 2004.

Dean, who is known for his widely publicized "Dean Scream" moment from the 2004 election, spoke on Tuesday about Hillary Clinton, encouraging people to volunteer.

"Because this race is going to be won on the ground, and it's going to be won in Colorado and in Iowa and Nortth Carolina and Michigan and Florida and Pennsylvania and then we're going to the White House!"

Tuesday's lineup also saw Lena Dunham and America Ferrera speak about the dangers of a Donald Trump presidency, Elizabeth Banks joke about his similarities with her Hunger Games character and Scandal's Tony Goldwyn introduce the Mothers of the Movement, who delivered a powerful speech about gun violence and Black Lives Matter.
