Starbucks selling Pumpkin Spice Latte earlier than ever
Starbucks is helping people spice up their lives — earlier than ever.
The coffee chain's fall menu became available in the United States and Canada on Tuesday, meaning customers can now purchase the seasonal, and wildly popular, Pumpkin Spice Latte.
This marks the earliest date in the 17-year history of the PSL that the drink has been released.
Other coffee items on the Starbucks fall menu this year include the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, the Salted Caramel Mocha and the Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino.
The chain’s restaurants are also now offering baked goods such as a Pumpkin Scone and a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin.
Last year, Starbucks introduced its fall menu on Aug. 27, with the company cheekily declaring the summer date “the first day of fall.”
In reality, the first day of fall this year is Sept. 22.
