Before trying it for myself, I already had pretty clear skin, but my biggest concern was the scarring that my old zits had left behind. As impatient as I am, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was seeing results having used it only for a weekend. Even the couple of straggling bumps on my face that the Squalene cleanser couldn’t fully eliminate, this Niacinimide 10% + Zinz 1% surly did.

Niacinimide is also known as vitamin B3 and it helps to improve the skin’s barrier, which ultimately reduces the appearance of blemishes. But that’s not all. If you’re the type of person who suffers from oily skin, the Niacinimide serum decreases the glyceride and fatty components of the skin surface sebum, per The Ordinary site. However, if you’re going to add the Niacinimide into your routine, the brand says you shouldn’t use it with pure vitamin C as the Niacinimide can affect the effectiveness of the vitamin C.
